it's time for korean drama review! I'm gonna review the latest drama that's still airing for today! leggo!

DRAMA REVIEW: MELTING ME SOFTLY

Episodes: 16 episodes (each ep 1 hour)

Runtime: Saturday and Sunday

Ji Chang Wook as Ma Dong Chan

Yoon Se Ah  as 2019 version of Na Ha Young

Lim Won Hee as 2019 version of Son Hyung Gi

it's Ji Chang Wook everybody! this is his first drama after discharged from military 2/3 months ago. I'm so excited because I've been waiting for his drama after so long! I'm also excited to see Won Jin A's acting because this is my first time to watch a drama starring her. 

as you guys can see from the cast that there's a 2019 version of cast in this drama this is because this drama takes place in 1999 and 2019 time. almost every cast in this drama changes in the current year; 2019. in the year 1999, we have Lee Hong Gi and others taking part in this drama. only Ji Chang Wook and Won Jin Ah stays the same. why?

this is because early in 1999, Ma Dong Chan which is a really determined variety show PD wanted to make a variety show about a freezing project. Ma Dong Chan and Ko Mi Ran took part in the a 24 hour freezing experiment but only to found out they wake up 20 years later (2019) with the same appearance without getting old like others. this is due to some conflict of the professor that's in charge of the experiment. 

Ma Dong Chan and Ko Mi Ran can live like other people but they need to maintain their body temperature 31.5 degree. low body temperature unlike the usual. their relationship then develop romantically as they need to depend with each other because of their destiny. 

right now it's up to episode 4. it's good I must say. the writer really did a good job with writing a good story line which is different from others. I also love the transition time used in this drama. not confusing and can be understand well. yaaaaas! I also love the interaction between Chang Wook and Jin Ah because it feels natural. you can experienced many emotions within those 4 episodes. I've laugh, feeling stressful, getting mad, getting emotional in those 4 episodes! that's why I cant wait for the next episodes to see how both the male and female lead's relationship will unfold.

I cant give out rating for this drama yet since it's still ongoing but so far I think it's worth for you guys to give it a try especially for those who likes to watch something different from those ordinary kdrama thinggy hehe
